Points are earned through purchases. For every ₹100 spent, you earn 1 point.

Points are calculated on product value and credited once your order is confirmed. COD charges are excluded from point calculations.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Communion Terms”) govern your participation in the Almost Gods Communion loyalty programme (the “Programme”). These Communion Terms are in addition to, and incorporated by reference, Almost Gods’ general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform Terms”). In the event of any conflict, these Communion Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the Programme.

By enrolling in or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Communion Terms. 

The Programme is available to natural persons only and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Membership requires a valid Almost Gods account with accurate and complete information.

Only one (1) account per individual is permitted.

Eligible individuals may enrol through the loyalty page on the Almost Gods website.

Upon enrolment, Members will be assigned to the eligible tier and may receive a welcome benefit, subject to these Communion Terms.

Membership is free.

The Programme operates on a lifetime spend-based model supported by a points system.
Members earn one (1) point for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases. Points determine tier eligibility.

Tier Structure (subject to change):

• Tier I: 0–499 points
• Tier II: 500–3,999 points
• Tier III: 4,000+ points

Tier upgrades are applied automatically upon verification of eligible points. Tier status is subject to ongoing eligibility and may be adjusted downward in the event of returns, cancellations, refunds, or any activity that reduces eligible points or spend.

Eligible spend includes completed purchases made through official Almost Gods sales channels.
Eligible spend excludes (without limitation):

• Purchases made through third-party retailers, stockists, marketplaces, or unauthorised sellers;
• Taxes, shipping fees, COD charges, and similar additional fees;
• Any cancelled, returned, or refunded orders.

Points and tier status may be adjusted accordingly in such cases.

Benefits may include early access to releases, exclusive products, archive sale access, and tier-based rewards or experiences.

All benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability.
Almost Gods reserves the right to modify, limit, withdraw, or substitute benefits at any time.

Orders placed using Programme benefits may be cancelled, refused, or limited where misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is identified.

Early Access

Early access is provided based on tier priority (higher tiers before lower tiers, followed by public release).
Access may be shared via private links, including WhatsApp.
Early access does not guarantee product availability.

Express shipping

Express shipping benefits may be made available to eligible Tier II and Tier III Members on select orders.

Availability of express shipping is subject to serviceability and operational coverage of Almost Gods’ courier and logistics partners.

Almost Gods does not guarantee express delivery timelines and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the benefit at any time.


Archive Sale Access

Members may receive tier-based access or benefits during archive sales.
Benefits may be issued via unique, account-linked codes that are single-use and non-transferable.

By participating in the Programme, you consent to receive Programme-related communications via registered channels, including WhatsApp, email, or other mediums.
Such communications may include, without limitation, benefit notifications, tier updates, and promotional offers.
Opting out of communications may limit or restrict access to certain Programme features or benefits.

The Programme is intended for individual use only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
(a) Sale, transfer, or sharing of benefits;
(b) Misuse of discount codes or early access links;
(c) Creation of multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage;
(d) Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Any violation of this Clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, forfeiture of benefits, cancellation of associated orders, and/or further legal action.

Members may contact Almost Gods in case of discrepancies in points or tier status.
All determinations made by Almost Gods shall be final.

Almost Gods may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almost Gods shall have no liability for any changes, suspension, or termination of the Programme, including loss of points, tiers, or benefits.

Participation may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all associated benefits may be revoked.

Participation in the Programme requires the collection and processing of personal data.
Such data shall be handled in accordance with Almost Gods’ Privacy Policy.
