Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it is still in the processing stage.

Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp, all week from 11am to 7pm IST. 

Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

We currently accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express (Amex), and UPI. Cash on Delivery is available within India.

If your payment fails, please check whether you received an order confirmation. If not:

  1. Wait a few minutes and refresh your bank/app.
  2. Try completing the payment again.
  3. If the amount has been debited, please share the transaction ID and a screenshot with us, and our team will verify and assist you.

An invoice will be sent to your registered email address once the order is confirmed.

Complimentary standard international shipping is provided. Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by the destination country.

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the order, we recommend waiting up to 48 hours, as couriers may occasionally mark deliveries in advance. If your order still has not arrived, please contact us.

If your package has been returned to our warehouse, please contact us for further assistance.

Yes, provided the order is still being processed. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately, and we will confirm whether it is possible.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Items that have been altered, customised, or purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal.

Once your request is submitted and approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your registered address.

After the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements (unused, in original condition, with all original tags attached). Once the inspection is successfully completed, your return will be processed based on the option selected during your return request:

1. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code and shared with you via email. It can be used toward any future purchase on our website and in-store and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Choosing store credit ensures you receive the full refund amount, with no deductions.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

If you select a refund, it will be processed after approval and reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please note that the ₹250 cash on delivery fee is non-refundable.

Please note that all returns are processed only after the item has been received and approved by our quality team.

To initiate an exchange, please submit your request through our Exchanges Portal.

Once your exchange request is submitted and approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your registered address.

After the item is received at our facility, it will go through a quality inspection to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached). Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will proceed with your exchange request and ship the replacement item.

Please note:

  • We offer one exchange per purchase which means once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • The replacement product must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.
  • You can also opt for an in-store exchange in Delhi or Mumbai.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and delivery timelines.

For international orders, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a DHL pickup from your location.

Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, we will either:

  • Process a refund (or issue store credit, as per your preference), or
  • Dispatch a replacement if you’ve requested an exchange.

Store Credits are issued when a return is processed and you choose store credit instead of a refund.

Once your returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the full order amount will be issued to you as store credit in the form of a discount code. This code will be sent to you via email and can be applied during checkout on your next purchase.

If your order value exceeds the store credit amount, the remaining balance can be paid using your preferred payment method.

Please note:

  • Store credit codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credits can be used along with other ongoing offers or promotions, unless stated otherwise.
  • Store credits are non-transferable.
  • Returns for purchases made using store credits will be issued back as store credits only.

Care instructions are provided on each product page, as care requirements may vary by piece.

We recommend always following the care label attached to your garment.

Some items may be restocked, while others are produced in limited runs. To be notified if a product becomes available again, please use the “Notify Me” button on the product page. You will receive an email notification once the item is restocked.

Gift cards are prepaid vouchers that can be used to make purchases on our website and in-store. They can be purchased for yourself or gifted to someone else for use on future orders.

Once you purchase a gift card, it will be issued in the form of a unique code sent to your registered email address. This code can be applied during checkout while placing an order.

If your order value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid using your preferred payment method. If your order value is lower than the gift card value, the unused balance will remain available for future use.

Please note:

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • It can be used along with other ongoing offers or promotions, unless stated otherwise.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • In case of returns for orders placed using a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same gift card.

The Archive Sale is a limited-time sale where Almost Gods opens up past collections and archived designs at special pricing with no restocks.

For all previous customers, the Almost Gods Archive Sale begins with Private Access, followed by Early Access for signed-up members, and then General Access for the wider audience.

No, all sales are final. We won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges on Archive items. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Due to increased order volumes, orders placed over the Archive period cannot be amended or cancelled. All sales are final.
