Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it is still in the processing stage.

Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

We currently accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express (Amex), and UPI. Cash on Delivery is available within India.

If your payment fails, please check whether you received an order confirmation. If not:

  1. Wait a few minutes and refresh your bank/app.

  3. If the amount has been debited, please share the transaction ID and a screenshot with us, and our team will verify and assist you.

Yes, provided the order is still being processed. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately, and we will confirm whether it is possible.

1. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code and shared with you via email. It can be used toward any future purchase on our website and in-store and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Choosing store credit ensures you receive the full refund amount, with no deductions.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

If you select a refund, it will be processed after approval and reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please note that the ₹250 cash on delivery fee is non-refundable.

Tether is designed to fit similar to most popular brands, with a slightly sharper silhouette.

To find your size, measure your foot from heel to longest toe and refer to our size chart. If you already wear sneakers with a similar silhouette, your usual size is a good starting point.

They fit true to size.

These are low-top sneakers with a clean, slim profile and rounded front.

  • Upper: Hairy suede (textured, premium finish)
  • Inner lining: Soft leather

  • Sole: Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) with patterned grip

Storage:

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges:
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Incorrect/defective product received.

Please note: Exchanges for style or colour changes are not permitted.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
