Born in 1982, Anant Mishra grew up in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Anant received his bachelor’s degree in Fine arts from Delhi College of the Arts. His hometown and its people are the inspiration to his work. Anant has showcased his work all over the world, such as at the International Committee of Red Cross Society, Geneva; Korean Artist’s group Exhibition in AIFACS 2007; 49th National Art Exhibition, Lalit Kala Academy, 2006-2007 and Religare Art – Holy Now Group Art Exhibition in London, 2010. He continues his research based artwork, paintings, sculpture and installation and new media art work in New Delhi, India.
