The Archive Sale is a limited-time sale where Almost Gods opens up past collections and archived designs at special pricing with no restocks.

For all previous customers, the Almost Gods Archive Sale begins with Private Access, followed by Early Access for signed-up members, and then General Access for the wider audience.

All information related to the same will be communicated through our official channels.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS I PURCHASED ON SALE?

No, all sales are final. We won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges on Archive items. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

CAN I CANCEL MY SALE ORDER?

Due to increased order volumes, orders placed over the Archive period cannot be amended or cancelled. All sales are final.

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we won’t be able to make any changes once an order is placed. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SALE?

All standard payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery (COD), will be available at checkout.

CAN I USE STORE CREDIT OR GIFT CARD?

Yes, store credit and gift cards can be applied to your order at checkout.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY SIZE?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive an order confirmation via email, as well as WhatsApp shortly after.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE FOR MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Within India: Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp.

International: Orders will be delivered within 10-14 working days. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer complimentary shipping on all of our orders.

Please note that import duty charges for international orders are borne by the customer. We kindly advise you to check with your country’s customs office to determine your local import duties and taxes before making a purchase.

WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE?

No, express shipping will not be available due to the high volume of orders. All orders will be processed on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Shipping details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is packed and ready to ship.

WILL YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF I BUY SOMETHING BEFORE THE ARCHIVE STARTS?

Price adjustments will not be offered on past purchases. Discounted prices are only applicable for orders placed during the Archive sale period.

ARE THE ARCHIVE SALE PRICES ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE?

Yes, the Archive Sale is exclusively online. Sale items will not be available for purchase in-store during the sale period.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your purchase due to high demand or multiple customers ordering it at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
